Kendall Flower Shop

Why do people ask why I don’t support local flower shops? I am happy to support local businesses when they provide good products and service. When I walked into this shop, I knew the flowers would be more expensive than a grocery store, and I was willing to pay for that. What I did not expect was the attitude from the staff. When I asked about the price of individual flowers and how to make the arrangement look nicer, I felt dismissed rather than helped. The bouquet in the first picture cost $50 from this shop. I then went to Brothers, where the florist kindly helped add more flowers and improve the arrangement for much less money ($7). In addition, my boyfriend had already pre ordered flowers from this shop for me, spending around $250. Unfortunately, the colors of the flowers were different from what had been ordered and expected. (In fact, I don’t like the colour combination). Between the two purchases, we spent close to $300. At that price point, I expected a higher level of service, better attention to detail, and more respect. One staff member even asked where I was from, which felt unnecessary and made me uncomfortable. For people in Kendall Square and around MIT, I woul

I wish I were the kind of person who would think ahead when I need to get flowers but I'm not. Kendall flower shop is my go-to place when I need to grab a gorgeous last minute bouquet. The people here are both talented and kind. Shout out to Erin for this pink cuteness overload.

I stopped into Kendall Flower Shop looking for something pretty for my new apartment. The staff was so professional, helping me to pick out the perfect blooms for my new place. I will be recommending this establishment to my friends and family. It is so beautifully decorated with a stunning, premium stem bar. I was able to mix and match stems for my bouquet which was very enjoyable. This will not be my last trip to the Cambridge area when I am in need of some stunning flowers. Thank you KFS!

I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day and my girlfriend loved them so much that she said they were the best flowers she ever received. Special shout-out to Daniela who patiently answered all my questions and took the design to the next level. Highly recommend

From my first inquiry via email and the detailed communication that followed to texts the day of, Beth was a joy to work with. Admitting from the start that our requested color scheme and concept were challenging, she fully delivered and we have had so many compliments and incredible photos. We struggled to find a flower shop that could cater to our micro- wedding with only a best man and MOH, meaning a smaller than usual wedding order. She was accommodating, helpful in the decision-making and even helped me walk the florals to the car upon pick up! We highly recommend!
